It was a Monday morning, but I was in no hurry for office as I took leave to take my mother to hospital. We all started around 9:30 in the morning. Target is to go to NIMS Panjagutta. I knew that it was a very busy road till Nagarjuna circle but I was well prepared mentally to face the same.
Now I reached Sagar society signal where a biker rush from my right side when the signal is on. I heard some sound and also saw that he touched the rear mirror of my side. I ignored the incident and drove the Car till hospital. When I parked the Car and get down to check the Rear mirror, I found a small scratch in red color. You can see the picture below.
Now the biggest horror is set for me as I parked the Car in a Uphill place. I kept the hand-break on position and left for Hospital. When I finished everything and came back to parking to start for home I was surprised as I could not see my Car on that place. I noticed the Car has come down and the left side tail lamp and bumper is damaged. I was in no position to think something as I was completely in shock. Few people helped me to get rid of the dent. The parking guy told that the hand-break failed and the car came down below and hit another car which was damaged more than mine. Whatever he was telling nothing was going into my brain. Anyway I was fined 2,000 bucks by the other car owner and I came out. You can check out few clicks I took after doing few fixes from my end.
But this is not the end for that day. While coming back home in the evening again in a traffic jam one Car tried to overtake mine from back and scratched the back side. This is such a pathetic day for me till date.
I am trying my level best to drive carefully but it was some rack-less drivers who un-necessarily tried to be smart on road. Off-course that hand-break incident happened due to my ignorance about How to park the Car in a up-hill place. I am now writing another post on that incident and my learning after that with few tips & tricks. Hope this will be useful for others.
